"Well, to be entirely fair, the incident with Olaf was entirely avoidable, and the hunt we are going on now is to capture one for our bear pit. The plan I have is going to get it done, but a sedative would be quite useful if we could tip our arrows in it, or bait food. Sleepy bears struggle less." Jormun follows Percival into his chambers, eyeing the place as he does. Rather quaint.

"I can make a sleeping draught but let me explain why your foolish notion won't work. The draught must enter the Bears blood to work and for such a large creature the amount of draught that is needed would be very large. Not to mention angry or excited creatures like a bear being pelted with arrows is both of those. Any way, the number of arrows you would need to deliver that much draught would kill the best most likely." Percival paused and turned to look at Jormun. "If I put the draught in bait the bear would most likely smell it. If not there is a large chance that the bear only eats enough of the draught to get sleepy and it would still be deadly when you ran in to bind it."
Percival looked at the master hunter and ask, "Are you just too lazy to dig a pit trap? It is my understanding that is the best way to capture a live bear." Percival was not surprised Lord Piggy had hired a huntsman with no skills related to hunting.

"We do not need it to be put to sleep, simply slowed so that our job is even easier. A pit trap would be a ludicrous waste of time, and presents the risk of the bear breaking a leg, which would make this entire hunt useless. I asked if you could make a sedative, I did not ask for the opinion of a man whose only experience with hunting is from a book. The bear will always be deadly- it is a bear, but we are more than prepared to handle that. Two of us killed the largest bear on this continent, a dozen of us can capture a single one. So, dear Maester who clearly misses the dungeon, allow me to ask again. Can you make me a sedative for a bear?"

Maester shook his head. "I already explained that I could, idiot, and why it would not help you. If you still want me to craft it for you I will give you a list of all the ingredients I need you to fetch. Believe me I don't want to slow down your impending mauling."

"Then get your ingredients and make it, or send one of the servants. I am not your fetching boy, and you are not my hunting adviser. Thank you, maester." Jormun turned and left the chambers, not caring enough to wait for a response.

Percival looked around the room after the hunter had left, and then he started laughing. "You know. I am beginning to think that he thinks I work for him." The Maester laughed, and turned back to his journal. He opened to the page he wanted and started to write some of his thoughts about the curse of Harrenhal.

The Maester answers his door only dressed in trousers, and stares wordlessly at the idiot knight begging for his favor. He had been making some sketches in his Harrenhal Journal and wished that this men would just die and go away, so Percival could get back to his work. Why did every fool in this Keep think that Percival wanted to hear their fucking problems.

Qhorin was a little surprised to see the Maester of Harrenhall answering the door dressed like a male prostitute, but overcame that with a little common sense. "Maester" the Mason said, giving a short bow. The man probably did not remember him, seeing as last time they had met had been in the cells, and the man half-insane from lack of food and his injuries.

Percival did not remember this man at all. He just raised an eyebrow, and waited for the man to go on. He waited impatiently for the man to stop wasting his time.

The man waited for a few seconds for a reply, did not sense one coming, and pressed on "The lord has instructed me to find you for my ribs" he said in a bored tone, clearly not wanting to waste time on a trivial matter such as health "but also, it's been brought to my attention that there are hidden architectural features of Harrenhal." He looks to the chain around the maester said neck "Maesters are trained in architecture, aren't they?"

"Some Maesters are trained in architecture." Percival turned and grabbed his medical supplies. Percival walked over to the mason and began to clinically examine his injuries.

(+1 Medicine. I don't actually remember Qhorin getting wounded, but Percy does an excellent job of patching him up.)

The mason grunted "Feh. Looking for someone else with a eye for it to help out mapping the place, already found a few hidden oddities in it. Figured there might be a bit more to it than first looks like."
(Happened when we were freeing Percival, guardsman thumped him a medium wound to the ribs because he almost touched the Lord)

"What hidden oddities did you find?" Percival asked immediately interested. He put away his medical supplies after using his amazing skills once again.
