Alice studied the women for a moment and decided that Daenerys was probably the most approachable. "Alright Myrcella, with me," she said, taking her new friend's hand and making her way over to Daenerys Stone. "M'lady," she said upon arrival, curtsying to the woman. "May I congratulate you on your wedding? It was ever so beautiful!" Myrcella giggled at Alice's choice of words. Dany gave her a polite but nervous. "My apologies, but I think you have the advantage of me, my lady. I was raised in Gulltown and really don't know many people in this room. I only know Lady Reuben as we stood by each other during the wedding." Her diction was excellent, but Alice could hear the tell-tale signs of a life lived far below the means of her new friend from Castamere. The Mistress of Whispers pulled away, though not so far away she could not hear the conversation.

Alice briefly looked over to the Mistress of Whispers before her eyes returned to Daenerys. "Oh, sorry! I am Alice Blackfort, the queen's Lady in Waiting. I thought you looked a little lonely over here and, well, Myrcella and I were thinking about making some friends!"

I'm afraid I didn't follow the war, but I have heard the stories. Bloodraven and Breakspear and Redgrass. Tell me... Are you married yourself?"

"Right enough" Richard agreed quietly. He glances at the grim man for a second, then back to the game "maybe, when time permits, a game between us some time? Rare as that chance may be, would not do to squander it." "I'll throw the bones sometime with you, ser, though dicing is more diverting with a group," he remarked, watching the dice bounce until they came up snake eyes, with a collective groan from the crowd. "Though with ten members of the royal family and seven of us, if we ever have the time to dice it's because one of them is dead."

"Not yet, no," Alice responded with a friendly smile. "My brother slew Bloodraven, though no doubt you heard that... of course you have!" She laughed a little, realising she was more drunk than she thought. "Do you think... well, do you think one of the princes might want to marry me?" She asked quietly, leaning in to the two women.

Nyles watches his sister leave a second and then grabs her dinner cloth. He'd have to improvise a favor. He looks about for a serving girl bringing drinks to the Prince (observation 30). There was one serving girl who kept bringing trays of drinks to the demanding makeshift dicing table, most of them to the two princes present there, who were being looked over by the grim Ser Gareth the Grey. the white knight having a conversation with Nyles' Uncle Richard without really looking at the man.

That was a half truth at best. "Anyway, I already danced with Aemon and I'd like to see the two of you do better," she said to Myrcella and Daenerys - in jest of course.

As Belric himself praised Tallahar in his fine speech the Bastard Knight raised his goblet of wine to his brother and roared with approval. Keeping to himself Tallahar decided not to help in the bedding ceremony of the new Lady of Harrenhal choosing to instead to continue to pick at his food. For the first time he actually looked up and saw who he was sitting close too. As he was sitting at the Blackfort table, as this particular feast had not bothered to sit bastards below the salt for obvious reasons, he could likely take his pick of present family members.

"Aint no rest for the kingsguard" remarked Richard, referencing a popular commoner song " though mayaps such a day will come when the family will not be in such constant danger. The castle might be quiet tonight at least, after this feast." The wine was certainly flowing enough for many a drunken blackout.

Violet had made sure to stay clear of the bedding. She felt no desire to join the women undressing Belric - he was her brother, after all, and no sister needed that - while Saesha was clearly unhappy with her situation. So she kept her distance and sipped a glass of wine.. Afterwards, deciding that she wasn't yet ready to seek her own bed, Violet looked around the guests. She looked for attractive young men who were not in their cups.

If you were an assassin, when is it you would you strike, when everyone is sober and alert or deep in their cups?"

The Mandrake heir was younger than violet, certainly handsome for his age, though he hovered near his widowed mother's skirts. The Bracken heir was at the dicing table near Prince Daemon and Prince Haegon, hooting and hollering with the rest. Otherwise, she could easily spot all the royal princes, each accompanied by an armored white shadow.

Alert, sober, and active " Richard countered gently "brings with it more confusion, dancing, and noise to cover any dishonorable activity. When the night stretches on, some may get more loud, but generally it gets quieter and finally the castle sleeps later on. That is the hour least desired and I spoke of, as any movement when all is still is noticed."

Otherwise, she could easily spot all the royal princes, each accompanied by an armored white shadow. She headed towards the Bracken, trying to remember his name (if she had ever known it). She felt that she was not yet ready to present herself to the princes since she wasn't even accustomed to dealing with members of lordly houses. Her training could take her a long way, of course, but experience would have to do the rest. As she approached the table, she made sure to step into Bracken's view "Are ladies allowed to play dice?" She asked, curious.
