Character History: Bandy was a simple handyman from a small town in the Reach, helping to build homes and shape straw bales, and more so, Helping to fell trees to build homes and repair buildings. Bandy enjoyed the craft of building, hauling the logs he'd cut himself back to town, and was a generally well mannered if quiet fellow. He earned attention one day when he saved a young girl from a viscous wolf, who had mauled the poor girls attendant and almost mauled her as well. Bandy felled the beast with a single, well aimed chop to the head, earning his nickname in the process.
The little girl turned out to belong to one of the nobles, House Mandrake, who awarded him by making him Master of the Hunt. While initially thrilled by the prospect, Bandy didn't know the first thing about his job, or about how to train dogs to hunt. He did his best to wing it, but often used his training to go into the woods and enjoy his time in nature, hoping the dogs would naturally pick up on how to hunt. Seemed to work, and he even got the benefit of spending time with the Master-at-Arms, and learned how to properly use an axe for war, among other skills. Luckily, or perhaps unluckily, war broke out within westeros, and House Mandrake had decided to throw itself into the fray by siding with the rebels, meaning he had to go with the rebels and help them in the fight.
War was something Bandy had no business being in, he was a simple man who knew how to swing an axe well to take down a tree. But there he was, draped in armor and wielding an axe made from castle forged steel rather then the pig iron one he usually carried. He found that felling people and felling trees was pretty much the same thing, only the people fought back a bit more. But a swift cut to the leg would usually drop most people, and it was almost fun to have to fight them to get that clean cut in.
The war however brought new horrors with it, Villages raided and put to the torch, people cut down for being in the wrong place, at the wrong time. Bandy came to feel it was just another part of the job, but it hit home when news came of his own home town. He didn't know if it was his side or the crowns, but by the time he and the rest of the Mandrake forces came, there was nothing left but ashes and burned meat. Bandy lost everyone and everything he cared about, even the Forrest had been burned to cinders, by a flying monster the nobles all saw as a sign of privilege.
When the fighting was over, Lord Mandrake fled with some of the other nobles across the ocean, apparently money let you just leave everything behind. But Bandy was stuck here, no village to call his own, no family, nothing but ashes and some new prick telling them to move on and pretend like nothing ever happened, like their rulers hadn't killed everyone just to prove who was more deserving to wear a stupid metal hat. Bandy decided to give some of the nobles a taste of their own medicine, and so when the new lords came to settle, and set up their lavish camp outside the burned remains of his village, Bandy got some others from the village together, and they paid that camp a visit.
Wasn't much different than what they'd done during the war, guards put up a fight but they'd been practiced in taking down blocks in armor. The lord had his wife in another castle, but he didn't seem to have much trouble using a handmaiden for his carnal pleasure in the meantime. Two quick chops was all it took, and all the Lords stuff became bandy's, along with the others. He split the spoils with them and set out Northward towards the riverlands, rumor was it hadn't been as badly touched as the Reach had been. Bandy took what he needed from passerby's, say if hey were nobles. If they was, he'd wait for them to set up for the night before giving them a taste of steel, finding it funny how shocked they all acted, when it was them paying the price, and not their serfs.

Tool of the Trade:
Bandy begins the game with Ser Lionys Footly's plate cuirass. He will still need to collect the greaves, gauntlets, pauldrons, and helm to complete the set. However, the cuirass will still afford him the benefits of plate armor against ranged attacks. In addition, he has a courser that he hasn't managed to kill yet and any attacks made with his two handed axe from the saddle do +5 damage.
Bounty:
High Lordship of Acorns Ridge: 500 Silver Stags (Alive)
High Lordship of the God's Eye: 125 Gold Dragons (Dead or Alive)
High Lordship of the Bay of Claws: 100 Gold Dragons (Dead or Alive)
High Lordship of Riverrun: 100 Gold Dragons (Dead or Alive)
In addition, Bandy has a colossal bounty in the Reach, which includes a landed knighthood. Despite it being outside their jurisdiction, occasionally groups of questing knights will enter the Riverlands to hunt him down. Matters of honor trump such petty notions as geopolitical borders. It also helps that the current Master of Laws is a Reachman.
