Belric moved quickly to get an arm around the man, attempting to soften the fall. He tried as best he could to refrain from breathing, the stench was overpowering. "Get me some water," he ordered his guard.
Supporting the fragile skeleton of the fool, Belric brought him over the precipice, and into the main chamber. He walked him to the maester, sitting him down gently so he could have his back propped up against the wall.
"Do your duty, maester." Belric said, his command direct.
"You are in Harrenhal," his attention now on the withered old man. "Can you tell me who put you behind that wall?"

Qhorin stepped back and winced as he gingerly touched his side. He glared at the guard who had done it, adding him to the list. He'd have to take it slow now, maybe see a healer if there was one in town. What he got for trying to stop the lord from hurting himself.

Qhorin would move forward, going inside the mans cell and examining it. He covered his mouth and nose with cloth against the stench. It was intersting there was such a side partition, and he'd look for abnormalities with it. (Engineering 81)

It was just a simple alcove that had been bricked in. He can't step anywhere inside without rat carcasses and worse crunching beneath his boots.

Qhorin steps back and wrinkles his nose. He'd have to keep his inspection going, and deal with his damn side. He looked to the lord past the bastard with his damned spear "By your leave milord?" He asks. If the guards kept up this kind of thing with him, he'd leave this place sure as sure. Maybe the lord would deal with the bastard.
He wasn't some peasant or commoner, he was a master mason, had passed his trials at the lodge, he was going to rebuild this damned castle. Letting the common guards beat him if he moved was idiocy

"Hold on Qhorin, let the maester have a look at you before you go." Belric eyed Percival, still unsure as to wether the man would obey. He did smack the maester senseless a day earlier, he could hardly be surprised by defiance.

Qhorin bowed his head to the lord, impressed by the mans generosity. "Thank you milord." He said. He was surprised by the mans casualness with his name though. Perhaps this man didn't know how to be a lord yet. That might be a good thing from his perspective.

"Harrenhal. Harren's Hall. Bones and souls within the wall," replied the "withered old man" who was actually likely in his late twenties despite his haggard appearance. "You just knocked down my favorite wall in this castle, the only one that didn't talk back," the fool laughed, as if it were the most humorous joke ever told.

Percival looked up at Belric from his position on the floor. "I would be quite willing to help him, but I fear that you would beat me again to the point of death." He smirked up at Lord Piggy. The man was a fool if he thought Percival would play his game. Percival would rather die twenty times by torture then be forced to stare at his face.

"Let's not be dramatic, Maester." Belric smirked, "I've been hit by women harder than I slapped you. Do your duty..." He stood back, giving Percival space to work.

"No. I need you to move further away. Go out into the hallway. I will not be able to focus on my patient with you threatening me." Percival replied. He wondered why the fool kept bragging about how hard he hit woman. Did he think his men would appreciate how hard he beat them? Percival had never been around some one so twisted.

The mason watches the exchange silently. He would keep his thoughts about it to himself.

"You have a way of twisting words, Maester. I'd assumed you the rat, but perhaps you are the snake." Belric gave Percival's giant rodent a look. "You will examine the Mason, now, with me present, or I will leave you here. In the dark. Alone." The Maester had obviously not learned the weight of Belric's threats.

Percival shrugged helplessly and dismissed the Lord. "I am afraid in the state I am in currently I would be more danger to him then aid. It is my duty to refuse. You should write the Citadel and request a third Maester be sent to serve you. I am sure they will send one immediately." He added sarcastically. He smirked to himself. "I am sure you can torture me into submission. If you would like you can brick me into the fool's room. You still have your mason down here after all." This way all the common folk and sworn Knights will have their evidence that Lord Donkey is just the same kind of monster as the former lady of Harrenhal.

Belric sighed, he had no use for an unfit Maester.
"It's a shame you can't see reason. I'd have put your skills to good use if you'd have let me. You are a learned man, and I am just a sword. You could have helped guide my family towards what we should be. The Blackfort legacy will be much greater than some rusty old gate. A Maester could have been a powerful asset, but a disloyal one is a powerful enemy." He looked him in the eyes, his expression turning grim. "You will rot in here, for your disobedience. And no matter how much you name me the villain, none of it is going to make a difference. Is that what you want?"
