"If you want to chase ghosts, be my guest. However, there is little I can do to help." His voice was weighed down by speculation and regret. He did not want to doubt Dacey, but without undeniable proof, this was nothing more than another grudge to carry.

Above them, several birds had landed since the buck's death. They were mostly common birds of the local fields, crow, magpie, pigeon. One of them, a fat raven who had clearly profited as much from the war as any Blackfort, seemed the bravest and landed directly on the antlers of the fallen stag. It didn't caw like it's companions, but simply studied these new predators.

Jormun whistles quietly, scratching Happy's head gently before pointing at the fat raven that had landed. "Still want to hunt?"
His territorial falcon likely wouldn't appreciate the newcomers. There was only one Bird Leader, and it was Happy.

Belric observed the feathered newcomers, his nerves getting the better of him. "Let's get our prize back to the keep. No point testing our luck."

Dacey opened her mouth to say something else, but thought Belric looked spooked enough as it was. "Yes. Let's," she said as she turned around and started towards her horse, trusting the buck to Belric and his impeccable skill of lugging heavy things.

Belric hoisted the stag onto the back of his horse, strapping it down for the return journey. He eagerly mounted his saddle once he had finished, and turned his stead towards Harrenhal. "I have a sudden craving for venison."

(Dacey's Curse: I Don't Like People Touching My Stuff!- A thousand eyes, and they all hate your guts. Flip Result: Heads)
The collection of bird's merely watch the hunting party leave, the large raven taking flight from the stag's antlers, as if this were its domain and it was giving begrudging disdainful consent for them to take it.
