A secluded campsite a few miles south of Darry, just off the Kingsroad. Perfect for planning a daring heist.

Daven finds a nice spot to set down his sleeping roll and then finds another spot to sit where he can be comfy.

As the group arrives on the clearing, Boros sets his stuff in a corner and starts building a little fire. His hounds lying beside him.
"Bacon and eggs, anyone?" The portly old man asked kindly.

"Gladly," Tim said, perking up at the mention of food. His first task, however, was to tend his horse, but as he worked he called over to Boros "So where'd you come from, any'ow?"
He was curious about the new members of the group and thought now would be the ideal time to learn a little about each of them.

After Augustyne's clout on his ear about not talking bounties with his fellow bandits, Boros' gave it a little thought before answering Tim. But in the end, decided that it being too paranoid wouldn't be great for the party's dynamic.
"Stone Hedge." He said smiling and pulling out of his bags a black frying pan and a couple bacon strips. "Got a daughter and wife back home. My girl is very sick, I was saving to try get a Master to see her, but there's not much work for a man my age these days. So I had to opt for the lower road."
"I mean no offense with that remark, it's just that I'm not yet used to this life. Some decades ago, I was sitting on the other side of the fence." He paused a bit, eyeing his new brother in arm. "What was your name again, my good man?"

"Tim. Tim o' Raventree," he said, and grinned at the thought that he was now in the company of a man once sworn to his ancestors' long term rivals. I weren't always no bandit, meself," he confided. "But then the war 'appened and bein' a Blackwood man wasn't no good any more."
He shrugged. "This is as good a life as t'other. More like to make me rich, too. I mean to be sleepin' on silk, one day.""

Ser Richard paid no heed to the pleasantries being exchanged as the group arrived at the campsite. Instead he set about looking around the area for routes of escape or places to hide in the event he needed to do so.

“That’s the spirit Tim,” said Harlan, patting his companion on the shoulder as he walked up to Boros’s campfire. “If we make good on this job, we can all live the life of luxury for a change. Silk sheets, fine wine, young women... it might not be as noble as Boros’s cause, but I’d like to believe selfish endeavors are warranted as well.”
He sat with the two men, taking in the smell of bacon for the first time in a long while. He loved the smell, but he could not shake the image of Old Bael’s monster child consuming flesh like it was lemon cakes. He forced the visual from his mind as best he could with conversation. “So Boros, what of the rest of your family? Do they know where you are, or that you’ve fallen from grace in search of gold?”

"Aside from my dears back home, this is all the family I've got." Boros patted the scruff of the neck of both his dogs. "I believe you haven't been introduced yet: this big girl here is Priscilla, and this lousy bugger is Bartholomeo."
"They usually don't bite if you want to let them... But I can't do anything about the drool." Boros chuckled.

Tom came over after finishing with his horse. Sitting, he stroked Priscilla's ears. "Good dog. I like dogs, good, loyal creatures. Do you hunt with them?" He asked.

"They do most of the dirty work, to be honest. I was a great shot when I was young, but alas, those days are well past me. Now the best I can do is if the game is standing right in front of me." Grabbed a piece of hard bread, filled it with eggs and bacon and passed it to Tim with a smile.
"I worked for an abbatoir for a while, before joining this life. They just stand there staring dumbly at you, and you just hit them in the head with a hammer." Boros stood up, grabbed his trusty Warhammer. "You gotta swing it true, right between the eyes. They can't be be nervous when they die, otherwise the meat won't be great. You see, the trick is all on the hips." He swung his dusty old tush a little bit, before mimicking the motion of putting down a cow.

Tim murmured his thanks as he took the bread, eggs and bacon.
"I've killed a lot of game but never a cow. Least cows are easier to kill than men," Tim said. He was about to make a joke about human meat, remembered the scene at the farm, and thought better of it. Boros might think nothing of it, but with Harlan present, it seemed a jest in bad taste.
"So why give up on butcherin' cattle?" He asked. "What you do, kill the wrong un?"

"Guess they found some young fella who could do the job faster and cheaper." Boros shrugged and settled back in his spot near the fire. He cleaned his hands on his tunic, and started cooking Harlan's portion of bacon and egg. "And it just wasn't enough, you know? It took me two months wage to pay the apothecary for my girl's weekly medicine. The numbers wouldn't break even. In time, the debt I already had on my back grew twice its original side."

"Aye, I 'ear debts 'ave a way o' doin' that."
Tim took a bite of bacon. "'Tis cooked well, friend. Might be you're better off 'ere. 'Ow long 'ave you known t'other fellows wi' us?"

After several minutes of looking around, Richard deemed Vex's campsite choice sufficient. Perhaps she was more capable than he had estimated. Seeing the others were eating he went over to join them, not for the conversation but for the food.
