Ben blinked as he looked around from his perch. Dacey was bleeding heavily but on her feet. Was everyone else dead? He had lost track of how many Bonny Boys were still on their side, but he couldn't see Hoster or Willis anywhere. But then he heard shouts and the clash of steel from within the house and saw flashes of fighting through an open window on the second floor. A shot through might be possible, but he could hardly tell who was who from his angle. Instead he sprinted down the slope, aiming to get to the fight as soon as he could.

Donnel proves the victor in the scuffle on the grounds rolling over so that he is on top and bringing his weapon down hard, the axehead burying itself in Hosters shoulder. His Bonny Boy, blood streaming from his blinded eye and not one to die lightly, cut four fingers off the free hand of his opponent, the digits rolling on the ground towards hoster as his blood seeped into the wood.
(Hoster takes a Medium Wound. Bonny Boy deals a Heavy Wound to Bandit)
Benjen runs as fast as he can, but he is exhausted from his brawl. Still, he trudges along, sometime sliding and sometimes tumbling down the steep slope. Dacey makes her way over as well. (Benjen will arrive in 2 Rounds. Dacey will arrive in 1)

Donnel keeps hacking at his former employer, Hoster barely fending him off, taking another slice, this one a gash across his cheek. The bandit with the severed fingers howls and shoves the remaining finger on his wounded hand, the thumb, into the Bonny's Boy's now mangled eye socket.
(Hoster Takes a Light Wound. Bonny Boy takes a Medium Wound.)

As Dacey ascends the stairs to aid Hoster, Donnel turns form his position astride the Captain of the Guard and shoves her viciously down the stairs. She takes a nasty tumble, hitting the back of her head on the way down, which made her vision fuzzy. As Donnel returned his attention to Hoster, the latter raised his shield to ward him off. Donnel simply knocked it aside and hacked at the shoulder again, a loud crunch this time as the bone shattered and he began hewing through muscle and ligament. The Bonny Boy and Bandit are likewise wrestling around on the floor now, the former choking the latter and the latter's thumb wedged in the former's eye socket.
(Dacey takes a Light Wound. Hoster takes a Heavy Wound. No Wound in Bonny Boy and Bandit Fight)

Donnel, taking his sweet time with Hoster, just began smacking him in the face with the backside of his axe, breaking his nose and knocking out a few of his teeth, intent on beating him to death. "I always was better," he remarked. He looked incredibly surprised when a sword pierced his chest, Dacey apparently having crawled her way back up the stairs and run the bastard through. He turned to look at her, stabbed through the lung, blood coming out of his mouth. Benjen runs up the stairs just in time to see the remaining heavily wounded bandit cut the last Bonny Boy's throat.
(Hoster takes another Medium Wound. Dacey Deal Donnel a Heavy Wound. Dacey receives +1 to Sword. Bandit Kills Bonny Boy. No Result in Fight Between Bandit and Benjen)

Desiring only to take Hoster with him, Donnel turns and immediately returns to attempting to beat Hoster to death, leaving his face a bloody ruin, even as Dacey twists the blade skewering him.
(Donnel Take a Medium Wound form Dacey. Hoster Takes a Light Wound from Donnel.)
Benjen squares off with the 6 fingered man, quickly making him the one handed man when he lops the cursed appendage off with a swing of his axe.
(Benjen deals Bandit another Heavy Wound)

Dacey stabs her second blade into Donnel's back, causing him to rear his head up in pain, giving the most certainly concussed Hoster a window to drive his dagger up beneath the man's chin into his brain. The bandit leader slumps forward atop his former employer, their blood mixing together as he died, Hoster blacking out almost immediately afterwards. Benjen meanwhile finished off his opponent by lodging his axe in his chest.
(Hoster Rolls a 100. +3 Small Blades. Dacey and Hoster Kill Donnel. Benjen slays the remaining Bandit.)
Enjoy your Pyrrhic victory.
Hoster is at -75 (unconscious, critically wounded, requires immediate medical attention, will likely have permanent maiming if he survives) Willis is at -60 (half-conscious, badly wounded, requires prompt medical attention) Dacey is at -50 (conscious but concussed, badly wounded, requires prompt medical attention) Benjen is 100% Fine 22 Corpses
Total Skillups from Bandit Hunt: Hoster: +3 Small Blades, +2 Unarmed, +1 Sword Willis: +1 Axe Dacey: +2 Sword Benjen: +1 Axe, +2 Bow, +3 Ambush/Scouting
House Resources: +5 Law

Benjen was breathing heavily but uninjured. He had caught a glimpse of Willis as he had charged up the stairs, and his distant kin had looked awful, but Dacey looked just as bad and Hoster had one foot already in the grave.
"Shit..." was the first thing Ben could think to say. He didn't know the first thing about healing wounds. "I'll put Hoster on my horse. Ride hard to Harrenhal and the maester." Hoster was right there, of course, but Ben addressed Dacey as he wasn't entirely sure his uncle would be able to hear him. "Willem should be back soon. Can you hold out 'til then?"

Willem arrived at the spot where he had left the group to find it deserted. "Seven hells!" He cursed quietly. "Spread out and stay on guard." He ordered his men. "The bandits may have captured Lady Dacey and the others."
He scanned his surroundings for danger before motioning for his men to tie up their horses. Leaving six to guard them, he motioned to the nearest four men to follow him to a point where he could overlook the bandits encampment.

Dacey sheathed her swords and fought the urge to lean against the wall next to her for a short respite, starting to feel worse than she looked now that the adrenaline was wearing off. A corner of her mouth twitched a little at the blurry sight of an unscathed Benjen. "Knew you'd be fine up on that ridge," she said, crouching down next to Hoster already to take one of Hoster's arms and help Benjen pull him up, all the while keeping her back relatively straight. It was unclear whether she'd been referring to Benjen's lack of injuries or commending his shooting. Most likely both. "Take one of the bandits' horses, yeah?" she said.

Whenever someone comes by to assist him, Willis is lying on his side in a daze. At least he had enough presence of mind to not lie on one of the crossbow bolts and push it farther in.
"Just gotta keep livin'..." He mutters to no one in particular, "L...i...v...i...n..."

It is not long before they spot the unscathed Benjen dragging an unconscious heavily bleeding Hoster from the building towards the tied up horses. They could likely surmise who had "won" based on the fact that everyone else they could currently see was a corpse.

Benjen gently but firmly moved between Dacey and Hoster when she tried to pick him up. She looked almost as bad as their old cuss of an uncle did, and should not be straining herself. "You did okay too... mostly," Ben smiled too, but there were too many dead and injured for there to be much humor in it. "Sit down and rest."
Ben dragged Hoster down the stairs as best as he could, passing the delirious Willis. "That's right, Willis, that's right," Ben muttered back, "I'll be back for you, okay?"
He got Hoster to doorway and ran for the bandit horses, untying and mounting the healthiest one. That was when he saw Willem and his group. "Willem!" Ben yelled, "We have wounded who need a maester immediately! Grab fresh horses and help me get them up!" Ben slid off his horse to assist Hoster even as he shouted at the reinforcements.

"What in the name of..." Willem began, although which God he was demanding answers of was left unclear as Benjen called up to him and his group.
"You two stay here and keep watch for further bandits." He instructed two of the guardsmen, wary of sending his entire force down into an area in which a substantial number of men had just been killed. "The rest of you grab the horses and bring them down into the pit to help our wounded."
Willem didn't waste time grabbing a horse and instead moved down into the pit as quickly as he was able to to help Benjen tend to the wounded.
