A day's ride from Riverrun, they come across a party riding down the road, flying banners that would be very familiar to Belric and Yseult as they were raised under it: the a two-headed horse on a field of wavy green, the sigil of House Roote.

Belric, despite his love for Lord Roote, felt nothing but despair at the sight of House Roote's banners. He had to be on his way to swear an oath to Medgar, a man hardly worthy of Belric's former liege's loyalties.
Making his banners known, Blackfort met Roote as they crossed paths on the road.
"How far you, my Lord?" Belric said as an introduction. "On your way to Riverrun?"

Yseult gasps softly at seeing the banners and looks quite scared.. hoping that her father is not going there but knowing it is quite possible. Out of turn being only a servent, but knowing this is more important than what she has been through to give him warning, she moves her horse closer to Belric's level but a slight bit behind as to not intrude entirely on his rank.
'Please M'Lord Roote.. Father.. if you are going to Riverrun please take special care of yourself and your men.. they hold no love for you and Torren Tully especially wishes you death or worse..' she slips her hood off and it it plain there is far more her dress covers.
'I had not intended for anyone bar M'Lady Seastar to know my of my shameful happening.. but I cannot hide this knowing you may be going there.. Torren threatened me death if I tell or speak of it, but my desire for you to not walk into a death trap or severe injury outweighs threats from anyone. Torren Tully made it quite plain I was a welcome substitute for you Father.'
Yesult blushes in shame and embarrassment and hangs her head 'Apologies M'Lords and M'Lady. I know I serve you now but he is the only family I have.'

A little way behind, Violet was a little shocked to see Yseult move forward to address Lord Roote in front of everyone. She wasn't quite close enough to hear what was said but she was shocked nonetheless. While some feeling for her father must be natural, she felt it was unwise for a servant to overstep her bounds in front of so many people.
She waited to see what would happen next, whilst inching her horse closer. If she could, she'd catch Roote's eye before their parties separated.

Lucamore opened his mouth to answer Belric, looking especially jovial at the happy fortune of running into the Blackfort party on the road, but his words died in his throat as Yseult interrupted out of turn or station with her half coherent ramblings without so much as a hello.
Roote's expression went from one of surprise, to confusion, to stunned shock. He blinked, then blinked again, opening his mouth to respond, before closing it again. Finally, he simply turned to Belric.
"What in the blazes happened to you, my girl?" he asked, before rounding on Belric. "What in the seven hells happened to my daughter, Blackfort?"

Yseult hangs her head 'Apoligies M'Lord Roote. Apoliges M'Lord Blackfort.. Torren Tully and his ire at his position in the war lead to him taking what no man should have the right to take.. whilst 'putting me in my place as a bastard' I belive were his words.. Umm.. Greetings Father. How are you?' She says croakily her throat feeling like it is on fire.
'My state is not M'Lords fault Father. This is the first he knows of it.. I was only just explaining myself to M'Lady Seastar..'

Lord Roote's entourage had begun setting up camp for the evening, of course erecting their lord's tent first. No trace of his usual upbeat nature remained, replaced with a grim countenance.
"Lord Belric, Lady Saesha, join me in my tent," he insisted. "It seems we have some matters of no small import to discuss. Daughter, see yourself to the maester."

With some difficulty Yseult dismounts and wordlessly, although not entirely silently, hobbles off to find the companys Maester. Her cheeks crimson under the marks looking ashamed to have to be most likely naked under the Maesters eyes for him to assess the damage.

Belric looked from Yesult to Saesha, noticibly disgruntled. He had assumed there was more to Yesult's sour mood than his wife had let on, but the severity of the situation came as a shock. To hear that Saesha had considered the rape of Lord Roote's daughter a trivial matter left Ravensbane's blood boiling. He fought back the urge to scold her.
"My Lord, this is news to me." Replied Belric, sweating from the embarassment. "But if what she says is true, the situation is far more dire than I had inticipated." Without another word, Belric dismounted his horse and followed Lord Roote into his tent.

If Belric intended to scold her, he would get to see his wife's genuine anger for the first time.
"Neither of us knew until we were far away from Riverrun, my Lord, at your daughters request. For which I am grateful, though it unfortunTe you needed to find out this way, it is to your daughters credit, that she kept quiet before, regardless of how we all would have wished it, and I urge you to not say anything to Lord Tully on the matter."

"Forgive me, that neither of you knowing that my daughter was set upon by Torren Fucking Tully while in your care does little to ease my mind," he rebuked them sharply, running his fingers through his hair as he paced in his tent, clearly too agitated to sit. "She's been out of my sight a month! A month! I know Harrenhal is a mite bigger than the bloody Black Gate, but gods above Belric!"

He looked to Saesha as she finished speaking, taking a deep breath to calm himself.
"Do I look like a man who values his life so little?" he asked, as if her request were obvious. "That I wouldt waltz into a lord paramount's hall and accuse his brother of rape? No, I know how that would play out."

"If you feel me ill equipped to take care of your adult daughter, my Lord, feel free to take her back into your loving care with my blessing." Saesha replied, her tone going sharp as a whip strike itself, "she is only on a trial, it goes both ways, if you deem me an inapprpropriate guardian by all means, return her to your side, or please, inform me what you would have done differently."

Belric fumed, unable to grasp a woman's propensity to rattle off whatever asinine comment they thought of first. He had to take a deep breath to settle himself, this was hardly the time to fight with his wife.
His expression turned dark, "This news is troubling, m'lord. And if it is true, you have every right to be angry. But do not presume to hold me responsible for the actioms of a Tully. The only one to blame is that shark, Torren, or the Lord Paramount for his willingness to let his brother's behavior go unchecked." Belric folded his arms into his chest. "Medgar has no love for our King, his loyalties lie in what serves him best. He has already made a slight agaisnt both of our houses, I will not wait for him to make a move against the crown." He made sure their eyes met. "You have always been my friend, you know the kind of man I am. If I had know what Torren intended for Yesult, I would have killed him outside the gates of Riverrun. However, what's done is done, and Torren must be held accountable. Let us combine the power of our two houses and enforce the justice we will never be given. Tully is weak still, and can't be allowed to recover from the war, now is the time."

Saesha looked at her husband with genuine shock, unable to grasp a man's propensity to rattle off whatever asinine comment they thought of first.
That was beyond doubt one of the stupidest things he had ever said. "How exactly do you plan on forcing justice?"

Meanwhile, Violet, bored and frustrated because nobody would tell her what was going on, decided to go looking for Yseult. They didn't know each other very well so she wasn't sure if the girl would tell her, but it was better than just waiting.
Not being sure where the girl had gone, she had to search the camp.
