"Perhaps," replied Dacey, also somewhat amused. "Our brother would get a good laugh out of it. Should the bear take after his namesake, however, perhaps you ought to name him Jormun or Dacey instead," she joked. "We'll stick to Belric unless he starts to terrorize the villagers. A strong temper would suit a bear well." Jormun glances at Aelison and Violet conversing together, a small frown forming on his face. "I've had enough of this hall, however. Let us hunt." "Fair enough," she said as they left the hall. "Don't have to tell me twice."

////////////// 4th night of the 5th moon
Belric, riding high off of his families tournament winds, decided to get rather drunk during the night's feast. He sat at a large table, a servant nearby with a bottle in hand should Belric's cup run dry. Turning to the servant he asked, "Where is the fool? The one who calls himself Marbles?"
Seeing Ser Willem across the way, Belric raised his glass and motion for him to come over so he could be congratulated.

After winning the melee, Willem had eventually made his way back to his quarters and exchanged his plate for a tunic in the Blackfort colors.
Seeing Belric beckon, he made his way over. "You wished to see me, my lord." he said, a stupid grin upon his face.

"You're fuckin' right I did," said Belric, jumping from his seat and grabbing Willem by the shoulder. "You're a god damn marvel with that sword, worth a king's ransom." He leaned into his Sworn Shield to prop himself upright. "Smallwood is a damned fool for letting you go. But you're a Blackfort, nothing could be truer."

"Well, my lord, between you and I, I let myself go from his service. And I must confess I was glad it was Lord Roote I faced at the end, and not Lord Mallister." Willem said, still grinning.

Belric laughed, "That makes two of us. I'd not want to find myself on the other side of Lord Joseth's sword either. And between you and me, I'm glad you to took down Lucamore. I still owe him one, he was on me before I was ever finished with Torren."

"Happy to be of service, my lord. I expect Lady Dacey would make the same complaint about me, although I hope there are no hard feelings on her part." Willem replied. "I thought my best chance of besting her was catching her off guard."

"I was going to warn you about her next." He gave Willem a sympathetic pat. "She may still hold it against you." Trying to keep a straight face was impossible, laughing was the only outlet.
"So, which of these girls is going to have the pleasure of bedding a tourney champion? You're going to need to start having son's soon, so they can grow up with mine. Have you thought about a marriage?"

Have you thought about a marriage?" "I will have to keep my wits about me then, lest she take her revenge." Willem responded, although it did not seem as if he believed he was in any genuine danger. Willem turned slightly more serious at the discussion of marriage, although his mood remained jovial. "I have indeed thought about marriage, my lord. But I doubt I'd be able to attract a great match, given my bastardy."

"Bastard or not, you are the sworn shield of Harrenhal and champion swordsman. To hell with matching for status. Find a beautiful peasant girl with good hips and save her and her family from the wretches of poverty."

"It would not bring any good to your house. Any benefit I mean."

"Here's the man of the fuckin' hour!" Shouted Willis as he entered the hall. He'd dried off and gotten a fresh set of clothes, then set off to find Willem. He clapped a hand on the champion's shoulder. "Wait. You seem far too sober."

"Sober for the time being. I'm sure that will be fixed quickly enough!" Willem replied cheerily.

Belric shrugged, obviously not too conflicted over Willem's question. "If you have sons, and they guard my heir the same as you guard me, it will be a great benefit." He finished his wine, and beckoned for his pouring maid. "I can arrange a marriage for you though, if that is what you want. I don't expect you to marry the only daughter of an ailing lord, but we can still find you a match for prosperity."
Belric smiled at Willis as the approached, "What about you Willis? That tower makes you a fine catch as well."

Willem looked confused by the situation he was presented with. He had always fought to advance himself which a Highborn marriage would do. But perhaps Belric was right. He might well do more good giving someone else the help he himself had never been afforded. "I am...unsure now, my lord." He told Belric. "I will have to think further on what would be best."
