Pretty, marriageable daughters did tend to intrigue Willis. But he wasn't about to put an axe in a man's back based on a stranger's word. He approached the wrestling men, beckoning Willem to follow, and gave the less-bruised one a less-than-lethal smack with his shield. "Cut this shit out! You're both under arrest on, uh, suspicion of banditry, by the authority of Lord Belric Blackfort of Harrenhal."

Seeing Willis go for one of the bandits, Willem made for another, not taking his eye off of the newcomer. "And who might you be and what part did you play in this?" He asked, suspiciously.

Kyle wondered if perhaps he should draw them a map. He had just seen them upstairs. "I'm just a barkeep," he said. "But I'll talk to Lord Belric if you want, but there's still violence ongoing and that pretty girl is running about outside. Aren't knights supposed to..I don't know...help her, or something?" He frowned and took a swig of the drink. "Not bad," he said approvingly. "I''be also met you both before, in Harrentown," he said, hoping to jog their memory. He did own the second biggest tavern in the village.

Something about the man seemed familiar, but Willem was not about to trust a man in the middle of a bandit infested building who just claimed to be on his side. "Speaking to Lord Belric would be advisable." Willem told the man somewhat sceptically. "I'm sure he would enjoy hearing your account of events."
He glanced back down to the two captives. "These two don't seem like too much trouble. You want to rescue the girl or should I?" Willem asked Willis.

Kyle nods and grabs a few cups and heads upstairs. They had just destroyed a bandit army around a bar, which made for the most obvious celebration locale ever. He looks about and moves slowly so no one thinks he's attacking anyone. "Drinks?" He calls out when he enters the room.

The shield smack deprives the bandit of his concentration and allows Robb (not) Honeyspoon's knife to sinks into his flesh. The innkeeper grins with satisfaction as he watches his enemy's eyes dull over in death.
He looks up at the knights snarling. "Under the laws of men and gods, I have the right to defend myself and my family from bandits." He pointed a bloody dagger at Kyle. "And that man there is robbing me! Those are my bottles!"

Distracted from the wrestling match by Willem's question, he turned to the younger knight, not paying any mind to the stabbing and shouting going on behind him. "Given the option, by all means, I'll go rescue the nubile young lady. 'Course, you shouldn't be gallivanting off after barmaids anyway, with my mother soon to be on her way."
He headed up the stairs after Kyle. He did vaguely remember the man now that he thought about it. "What's this girl's name and what's she look like?"

Belric had nodded to Willem and Willis when they had suggestion he stay behind. He had nodded his agreement, it was all he could muster. Deciding to relieve some of the pressure, he sat down at one of the round tables, accompanied by several corpses. Letting out a sigh, he picked up one of the drinks and started to take a sip. Before the liquid touched his lips, Belric was reminded of the mischevious bar keep's sleep potions. He tossed the goblet aside with disgust, letting it clatter across the floor.
He now awaited their return, satisfied in the knowledge that they could handle themselves.

As Willis went up the stairs to win his glory, Willem turned to his charge. "Now your being here has cost me the chance to have songs sung of how I rescued a fair maid, so you'd best not make me mad. Put the knife down. Lord Belric is going to have questions of you too. You can present your claims for the wine once he's done with those."

"I cannot say I know her name," Kyle said. "She has red hair, probably with her mother scrambling about." He took another swig. "Robb here burned a tavern down and blamed the bandits for it,"" he said. "You can imagine my surprise learning that when I came all this way to give him a hand." He shook his head slowly. "I told Lord Blackfort about this little hive and stop your little flower from being plucked ad this is the thanks i get."

"Sincerest apologies." He replied drily, and nodded to Belric once they got up the stairs. "Got one dead bandit and one live innkeep downstairs, Bel. Might've been in cahoots with 'em. And this one says there's a couple damsels about, might need protecting. Y'know, knight stuff."

Dacey pocketed everything she'd found, including the money, and gave the yard another once-over before going to the tavern to join the rest of their party. She found the shabby-looking Belric seated at a table and gave him half a smirk. "I ran out of bandits to kill," she said, her free hand holding her side and a crossbow bolt sticking out of it. "What's your excuse?"

Kyle had been enjoying his wine but he half spit it out when he saw Dacey. He looked about and soaked a rag in the strongest liquor he could find. "You could die walking about with that, m'lady!" He said, "the movements could sink the quarrel into a lung and you'll drown in your own blood from the inside." He looked at the wooden shaft. "I can pull it out....but it won't be painless."
30 medical, assuming this will be interrupted

Dacey raised her slightly bloody hand to stop the barkeeper from approaching her. "Do you know what you're doing?" she inquired.

Kyle nodded. "I didn't fight in the war," he said, "doesn't mean I wasn't affected by it. I'm no maester but I suspect you didn't bring one along, on account of he'd already be doing what should've been done as soon as the fight you got this wound in was over. It'd be hours before he could arrive assuming he's at the castle." He ran his hands through his hair nervously. His hands were steadier than a surgeon's but he hadn't had occasion to pull an arrow since he'd left the Kingswood. "I could just bandage around it and you can wait for the expert to come here if you'd rather, but I'm sure you've seen what happens when wounds go septic, and this lot wasn't the epitome o'hygiene."
