Bad Stuff: Wights suddenly being Spider-Man. Three-Eyed Raven dies without any character development. Euron boring and possessing distracting European accent. Both characters having overabundance of eyes.
Good Stuff: Others have logical origin. 'Hold the door. Dany and Jorah making amends. Theater scene.

I felt underwhelmed about the whole "hold the door," scene. I guess I had higher expectations for Hodor's character than the destiny of a doorstop, but oh well... thanks D&D.
Good for Jorah though, happy he got his queen back.

I found the Hodor scene rather traumatic but very effective. I wasn't a fan of the creation of the Others so I'm hoping that's Show Only - I've always pictured them as a completely separate entity to the Children. I always welcome an appearance by Night's King though.
I loved the Yara/Theon speeches at the Kingsmoot, which I never thought I'd say. I've decided that I don't like Show Euron right now but I always knew I'd either love or hate him. He'll have to get a lot better if I'm going to end up loving him, Still, he can't possibly be worse than the Sand Snakes.
What did everyone make of the play? I think it went on a bit longer than it needed to, but it was fun nonetheless.
My pet peeves for the episode:
-Sansa refusing Littlefinger's army. That struck me as extremely stupid. Sure, she has the wildlings and now knows the Blackfish is around, but it makes no sense whatsoever to refuse the freshest army in the Seven Kingdoms.
-Theon and Yara running away AGAIN. I give up trying to work out what they are doing with Theon.

The play scene definetly went for too long, I was not a fan of it. And to crown it in the end, I was presented with the image of a warty flabby dick, not nice D&D, not nice at all.
Euron was dumb.
Agree with Astro in the Bloodraven thing. But I'd like to add that his death inside the tree network was beautifully done, it would only have been better if I had cared two hoots about the character.
Hodor scene was pretty touching. His death was not even the sadder part, I imagine the trauma his younger self went through, and man, poor dude.
WW origins, those are probably the same as the books, I doubt such a pivotal point (like Hodor's scene) would be different. Didn't care about it, frankly.
Also, yeah, Sansa... Let's throw away those sweet 5k (probably more) swords from the Vale, you certainly won't need it. I understand the trauma LF made her go through, but she could have used him, even if it meant punishing him later or whatever.
Tormund and Brienne adorable. Edd's "I'm not the foking Lord Co..." was adorable. Shame they forgot about Pod's existence.

I love Littlefinger. He is one of my favorites. I want him to end up with the Iron Thrones. But I would never let him lead soldiers into my lands unless I was thinking of early retirement. Because he would never ever give it back.
And I leaned last night I am a complete sociopath. Everyone in the world was weeping over Hodor. And I had absolutely no emotional reaction at all. What is wrong with me?

Why not take the men, pretend to be his friend then let Brienne kill him later?

Personally I find that whole "hold the door" thing really lame.

I just got bored of it after about season 2. Plus it wasn't about the books anymore it was what the TV show wanted.
